    Processing Plant

    A poultry processing plant receives fully grown broiler birds from farms and carries out controlled slaughtering, dressing, cleaning, and chilling.
    Birds are first inspected, then stunned, bled, defeathered, and eviscerated. The carcasses are washed, quality-checked, graded, and either cut into parts or packed as whole birds.
    Strict hygiene, food safety standards, and cold-chain control are maintained throughout the process before the final products are sent to distribution.

    Poultry Breeder Shed

    A breeder shed houses parent birds under controlled conditions for mating and fertile egg production.
    The shed manages temperature, lighting, feeding, and male–female ratios to ensure high fertility.
    Eggs are collected several times a day, cleaned, graded, and sent to the hatchery.

    The feed mill processes raw ingredients such as maize, soybean meal, vitamins, minerals, and supplements into formulated feed tailored to the nutritional needs of birds at different growth phases.
    Consistent, high-quality feed ensures healthy breeders for fertile eggs, strong chicks in hatcheries, fast-growing broilers for meat production, and productive layers for eggs.
